Beautiful downtown location. The restaurant is spacious and inviting, and the artwork and colors are captivating. A family run authentic Greek restaurant that has been in Roseburg for 15 years now. “It is our mission to provide the community with a place where they can come enjoy a delicious, healthy meal in a warm and welcoming atmosphere”. Sam Gross, the owner of Logger’s Pizza and Pub, is a native of Roseburg. After getting his MBA, his venture began. “With many tireless hours put in by his mom, uncle and grandpa”, Loggers opened its doors on May 1st. 2009. His business brought employment and good food to the local community. Sam is involved in a number of initiatives in the community. Currently, his plan is to build a new building overlooking the fish ladder in Winchester.

Plant based options include: Beyond Burger, Mock Chicken Sandwich, and Mediterranean Pizza, all using plant based cheeses.

Owners, Ric and Tami realized that there was little option for “Plant Based” foods in the region, So they became the first Thrive Umpqua approved restaurant. “All of our pizzas are made with top-quality ingredients that’ll leave your mouth watering.” There are traditional pies and creative combos. They would also like ideas from the community about plant based foods that the community feels it’s not getting, including ethnic food ideas. They currently have a number of vegetarian and Plant Based options, including Taco and Tahitian Pizzai. They can make pretty much anything,on their menu plant based if you ask. Check for their delicious plant based desserts.

Vegan Tahitian Treat Pizza

Special sweet and sour sauce topped with plant-based proteins, pineapple, olives, mushrooms, tomato, green peppers, green onion, and red onion then drizzled with more sweet and sour on artisan-style crust.

“All our food is plant based and made to order, with homemade sauces and specialty items.” Darci became “Plant Based” for health reasons. She continued being Plant Based because it has so many benefits. “I’m Passionate about it because I believe it helped heal me.” She also believes that being plant based is more ethical, better use of land and better for the environment. Plant Based options include Buffalo Bowl, and Enchiladas. There are homemade sauces and cheeses, and lots for fresh vegetables.

A family owned and operated restaurant that brings a taste of India to Roseburg. “We are big advocates of food that is flavorful without being over-salted and full of oil. We believe that plant-based meals should never compromise on flavor.” There are a number of plant-based options including; lentils, cauliflower, eggplant, Saag. Brown rice can be substituted for white, alternative milks are available for all house drinks, and tofu can be substituted for paneer(cheese). You can also save money and reduce waste by ordering ½ size orders.

A family owned business. The owner says, “We pick and choose our products.” The coffee is fair trade, shade grown, and the decaf is swiss water processed. There are a number of alternative milks including; oat, soy, almond, and coconut. Whenever possible, the produce is grown locally, and the bread is locally baked in a brick oven. There are a number of Plant based dishes available including “Monte Cristo”, “Avocado Toast”, “Chivito Philly” and “Tofu Scramble”, or “Breakfast Sammy”. Lastly, all desserts are plant based and baked in house.

Family owned and operated by David and Sami. David met Sami in Hunan Province, China, where they lived together for ten years. When they moved back to Oregon, they brought with them “authentic Hunan cuisine”. Their truck is very clean and organized, as are their dishes. They have four delicious plant based options and the dishes are MSG free, low oil and fresh. Smoked tofu can be substituted for meat, and brown rice is available on order.
